🗼 Doom Tower

The 120-floor tower — keys, rotations, every boss and its counter, Secret Rooms, and how to clear waves vs bosses on a mid-game account.

🗼 Contents

Overview

Doom Tower is a recurring PvE climb: 120 floors (108 wave floors + a boss floor every 10th floor = 12 boss floors), plus optional Secret Rooms. It rewards forge materials, exclusive champion fragments, shards, silver, XP brews and energy. It runs in 30-day rotations — at each reset the bosses, floor enemies, and Secret Room rules change.

Doom Tower uses keys, not energy

You get 10 Gold Keys + 10 Silver Keys per day (reset 00:00 UTC), shared across Normal and Hard. Gold Keys clear a floor for the first time. Silver Keys re-farm cleared boss floors and enter Secret Rooms. Keys are consumed only on a successful clear — so you can retry a Secret Room as many times as you like until you win.

Normal vs Hard run simultaneously — both are open and progressed independently. Hard is much tougher and gives Legendary fragments + 5–6★ artifact materials; Normal gives Epic fragments. There’s no “floor X unlocks Hard” gate.

Boss Rotations

Three rotations cycle the eight bosses:

2Magma Dragon · Celestial Griffin · Nether Spider · Eternal Dragon
3Bommal (Dreadhorn) · Scarab King · Celestial Griffin · Dark Fae

There is no boss called 'Sorath the Anointed'

“Sorath” is the Frost Spider. Don’t confuse it with the unrelated Rare champion “Anointed.” The Doom Tower roster is the eight bosses above — the top of the tower is simply a boss floor from the active rotation.

Bommal the Dreadhorn (detail)

One of the hardest DT bosses, and the one Lady Annabelle is built to solo.

Two things that DON'T work on Bommal

Don’t decrease his Turn Meter — it spawns extra bombs. And Decrease ACC does not stop the bombs (they’re unresistable). The real answers are Freeze (halves bomb damage), HP Burn (one of the few things that affects bombs), and raw sustain.

Strong picks: Vogoth, Drexthar Bloodtwin (passive HP Burn), Master Butcher / Lady Annabelle (heal off enemy/bomb deaths on Immortal + Regeneration), and Templar / Crimson Helm as budget solos via timed Block Damage. Hard mode needs ~330 ACC to land debuffs reliably.

Astranyx the Dark Fae (detail)

The floor-120 boss on rotation 3, and a common wall — she summons mirror copies of your champions (same stats, sets, auras and blessings) and layers Fear.

Accuracy & Resistance — why your debuffs get resisted

Landing a debuff is a two-step roll: first the skill’s own listed chance (e.g. “30% chance per hit”), and then an Accuracy-vs-Resistance check. Two rules always hold:

There's a 3% resist floor — and Hard DT bosses want ~330 ACC

No amount of Accuracy guarantees a debuff lands — there is a permanent ~3% resist floor. To get into the reliable ~95%+ range you generally need to be ~25+ ACC above the target’s effective Resistance. On Doom Tower Hard that means ~330 ACC (Normal is ~100). So a 292-ACC champion on a Hard floor-120 boss isn’t unlucky against the 3% floor — it’s genuinely under the line and will be resisted regularly. Fix it by reaching 330+ ACC (Accuracy set, ACC banner/chest, glyphs), or bring an Increase ACC buff / ACC aura, which roughly halves the requirement.

Secret Rooms

Optional challenge rooms with team-composition restrictions (a required faction, affinity, rarity or role). 24 per rotation: 12 Normal + 12 Hard, unlocking as you climb. Enter with a Silver Key (consumed only on success).

Secret Rooms grow your key pool

First clear gives 3 exclusive champion fragments + 2 Silver Keys back — a net +1 key. Normal → Epic fragments, Hard → Legendary fragments. These build Doom-Tower-exclusive champions (e.g. Epic: Akoth, Rian; Legendary: Thea the Tomb Angel, Gomlok, Urost) you can’t summon anywhere else. Once you’ve collected all of a difficulty’s fragments, the rewards convert to boss-forge materials.

Waves vs Bosses — Mid-Game Advice

  1. 1

    Wave floors: AoE + control

108 of the 120 floors are 3-enemy waves. Bring 1–2 AoE nukers (a Decrease DEF champ like Warmaiden + an AoE hitter), plus a healer/shielder and ideally AoE crowd control (Stun/Freeze/Provoke) so a wave can't burst you. Match floor affinity where you can.

  2. 2

    Boss floors: stack universal utility

Decrease ATK (blanket damage reduction), Decrease ACC (makes debuff-reliant bosses whiff — except Bommal), Freeze, Cleanse/Block Debuffs, and a reviver carry most boss fights. Then layer the boss-specific counter from the table above.

  3. 3

    Match affinity to the boss

Most DT bosses are Void, so a Void-heavy team avoids weak hits and keeps crits reliable.

  4. 4

Farm cleared boss floors with Silver Keys

Once a boss floor is cleared with a Gold Key, re-run it with Silver Keys for its artifact set (Fatal, Untouchable, Affinity Breaker, Frostbite, Bloodthirst, Guardian, Fortitude, Lethal). Hard drops 5–6★ materials.
